We take our dog everywhere with us, but on the rare occasions when we couldn’t and our family wasn’t available to look after him, we had to turn to dog boarding. Unfortunately, our experiences with the two biggest dog hotels in Cape Town were disastrous. The first one returned our dog covered in urine, starving, and dehydrated. The second one sent him home sick after just two days. After those experiences, I was reluctant to ever trust another boarding facility.
Then we found this place, and it was the best decision we ever made.
This dog hotel is absolutely amazing. It has a spacious yard with a shallow pool for the dogs to play in, and they provide daily updates with professional-quality action shots of your pup having fun. They also organize special events for occasions like Valentine’s Day, Christmas, and even the dogs’ birthdays—complete with adorable photos and special treats.
Every time our dog, Leo, has stayed here, he almost seems disappointed to come back home!
Jayne and her exceptional team have truly curated the perfect environment for dogs. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with our furry family member.

Outstanding Doggy Hotel
Without a doubt 5 STARS! My babies had the most amazing stay! All the staff were friendly and welcoming. I loved that there was 24/7 babysitters, that they sent me photos of their first day, and the care and attention I saw them giving not only my puppies but all of the dogs. Thank you for all the attention and care, and for taking extra special care of my specials needs doggit!

A lot of time and effort has been put into making our home a resort for small dogs to be well looked after while their owners are away… The resort has a small doggy pool for those hot summer days when your little doggy is in desperate need of a nice cool relaxation station…
